With the adoption of its 2005 Action Plan, the European Commission
has launched a major reform of its State Aid policy.
New rules on research and development and innovation,
risk captial, regional policy and services of general
economic interest, and de minimis have recently been adopted.
This entirely new work will explain in detail the substance and procedure
established by the EU Treaty rules on State Aid, as well as covering these
major changes. In addition, it will provide an exhaustive guide to the
major upheaval of the Commission's State Aid policy that will take place during the course of 2007.
This title (which consists of two books of about 900 pages each) will be released September 2008. It
will officialy be presented at the EU State Aid Conference 2008.
