EU Energy Law & Policy

Claeys & Casteels published the EU Energy Law & Policy Yearbook 2011 shortly after the 6th Annual Energy Law & Policy Conference which will be held in Brussels. This very up-to-date volume covers all recent developments in EU Energy Policy in the framework of the agenda of the present commission and also expresses the viewpoints of all relevant actors in the Energy & Policy field. The Yearbook is based on the contributions and debates at the conference and covers the whole range of EU Energy & Policy, including the 20-20-20 strategy, security of supply, application of competition rules, a zero and the organisation of an efficient technology policy.
The EU Energy Law & Policy Yearbook is yearly published in collaboration with the Florence School of Regulation at the European University Institute(EUI).
