REGISTRATION Registration fee The regular registration fee is: € 1.350 (excluding 21% Belgian VAT) Until 18 October 2009, regular registrants are entitled to a 350 euro early bird discount! Until 6 December 2009, regular registrants are entitled to a 200 euro early bird discount! Special rates apply to: members of government bodies (-25%), full-time academics (-50%), full-time students and members of the press (-70%). The fee includes: participation to all sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks and lunch. The fee does not include: overnight accomodation.
